Midwest Laundries Inc. is a full-service new and used laundry equipment distributor located in Chicago, IL. Owner, Jim Schultz Jr., gained experience in the laundry business as an operator of multiple stores in both Chicago and Northwest Indiana. It was Jim’s grandfather, a multi-store owner for over 30 years, that first brought him into the industry.

Now in its seventh year, Midwest Laundries continues to expand to better serve laundromat owners. MLI refurbishes and distributes used coin laundry equipment throughout the United States and even internationally. In 2012, nearly 3000 pieces of used laundromat equipment were processed. Midwest is also the Northern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin distributor for IPSO’s full line of coin and OPL (on premises laundry) equipment. This relationship allows Midwest Laundries to offer new store development, and work with customers in all aspects of building and maintaining a successful laundromat.
